Key Responsibilities

  • Manage High-Volume Leads: Provide personalized attention to a significant volume of leads, ensuring each customer receives tailored support in alignment with our marketing objectives.
  • Engage and Qualify Clients: Effectively communicate our promotional offerings, assess customer needs, and provide customized solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with customer service and sales teams to address client demands and deliver outstanding service within our retail partnerships.
  • Mentor and Motivate: Collaborate with leadership to mentor and inspire team members, fostering their professional development and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Cultivate a motivating and inspiring atmosphere that reflects our company’s core values and commitment to integrity.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement and follow best practices to uphold high standards in our client relationships and retail partnerships.
  • Communicate Updates: Keep the team informed of current promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership Skills: A proactive, motivated individual with a passion for driving growth and success within the firm.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a high-volume, lead-generating environment is preferred but not required. Experience in the home services industry is a plus!
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: A dedicated team player with a track record of exceeding sales goals and contributing to company success.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embracing new challenges.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build rapport with diverse customers and consistently provide exceptional service.
