As a Brand Marketing Advocate at Legacy Forward Solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' brands to life! You will be the face of the company, providing exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with every customer. Passionate about the wireless industry, you will assist in driving customer acquisition, promoting services, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your goal is to foster brand loyalty and make a positive impact with every interaction, using your people skills and emotional intelligence to connect with customers and represent our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Promotion: Represent our company, clients, and their products daily in the community, engaging with customers to build brand loyalty and enhance brand visibility.
  • Customer Acquisition: Assist in driving new customer acquisition and expanding market reach for our clients.
  • Market Research: Collect and analyze market data to help inform strategies for customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to current customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Target Key Demographics: Identify and connect with target customer groups to promote client products and services effectively.

  • Superb communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, speak knowledgeably about products, and effectively up-sell and promote.
